It's been proven in countless studies and circumstances that a 4-day work week is more productive and more healthy. We remove as many obstacles as we can to enable 4-days week and you use your judgement on what you need to do your job.
Dynamic Hybrid Work
We believe in working from where it makes the most sense to. If you don't need to be on-site and can get more done from home - work from home. If it makes sense to be on-site if there's something big going on - then come in.
