Gen-V

Gen-V Technology represents the fifth generation of stabilization technology and is the first platform stabilization technology to utilize a six degree of freedom “Flex-Pivot-Isolator” to replace the traditional mechanical constraint system in a gimbal.  The new technology includes both software and hardware that enable a structure to provide a simple, direct support for the imager.

Gen-V technology has enabled a rapid expansion in PV Labs current product line for image acquisition in the cinematography, geospatial and public safety markets. We are on the leading-edge of intelligent imaging innovation for the most demanding and challenging applications. TCMS makes the research task more efficient

PV Labs’ Tactical Content Management System (TCMS) is a robust spatial temporal database that has been designed with the user’s needs in mind.  The large amounts of data generated by high-resolution sensors are stored to provide rapid and logical imagery access by local or remote users. It is based on an open architecture, making it fully compatible with industry standard GIS systems and allowing it to tie into existing PED infrastructure.

The system indexes the data in real-time, permitting the data to be used in various exploitation solutions.  The unique advantage of combining the TCMS with a WAMI system is the ability for backtracking and identifying nodes of other multi-int sources.  The wide area surveillance sensor contributes significantly to ISR efforts by piecing together other intelligence sources for a complete view of the field of operation. Analysts can now pull all surveillance efforts into a single view of multi-intelligence, making the research task more accurate and efficient.

 

Compatible with existing ISR assets The TCMS database can accept sensor data from any sensor type and store it with relevant time and location information.  Utilizing PIMs architecture, the TCMS converts unique sensor inputs into a common input format.

Multi-Int capabilities The real value of the TCMS comes together when users have access to any sensor data at any given time and location.  When the user queries the system and all the ISR data pertaining to that specific time and location is at their disposal, they are able to work much more effectively and efficiently.

Accepts standard GIS systems The TCMS outputs data in a common format that can be integrated into standard GISs, allowing for the use of legacy systems or allowing users to leverage their preferred GIS.

Real-time and forensic access The information in the TCMS is stored in such a way that allows users to access and review previously stored data while continuing to capture data.  This allows users to track back and continue to access live information simultaneously.

Multi-user capabilities Multiple users can access the same data sets at the same time, allowing for multiple analysts to be viewing the same information which is critical when time is of the essence.

PV-15

PV-15G

The PV-15G offers best in class performance . PV Labs has utilized the largest payload volume in its class to maximize the aperture of the sensor system; effectively giving 20” Class MWIR performance in a 15” class gimbal. This results in longer range detection, recognition and identification of targets across our product line in each size category.

PSI Vision 3000

PV Labs turn key WAMI system optimized for reduced SWaP. A 330MP color sensor in a 15" Class Turret with all the benefits of PSI Vision.

mini-Eclipse

The mini-Eclipse is the next generation system for aerial cinematography and specialty applications that require full six axis steering and stabilization. It is an open architecture system capable of taking multiple payload configurations from 12:1 cinema lenses to multispectral payloads and LiDAR.

The Look Down Gimbal (LDG) was designed with the customer’s needs at the forefront of product development.  It is an open architecture design that provides customers with a high performance gimbal system that also allows for ease of implementation and versatility when evaluating and deploying new airborne sensors.  PV Labs supports all LDG integrations with  the experience, quality, and reliability required to operate in the most demanding environments.  When you choose the LDG, you are getting more than a stabilized platform- you are getting on time delivery, expert support and extensive industry experience.


- High Performance: PV Labs has integrated over 30 different sensor payloads into the LDG platform for government and commercial applications. Our customers demand a high performance system with sub 5µRad stabilization performance and we continue to deliver.

- Highest payload size to weight ratio in the industry: Our light weight materials and efficient design allow the total system weight to remain low while permitting heavy payloads. We use high performance materials to reduce weight without sacrificing stiffness and strength.

- Universal Gimbal: The LDG can integrate a vast array of sensor payloads and allows users to swap payloads. The large internal payload housing accommodates big or uniquely shaped payloads; perfect for hard to integrate or emerging sensors.
